Good Ole Bob was on the same Xerox service team as I. Since I was a floater for a couple of years I got to work his area many times when he was on vacation, in school or needed help with installs. All of his customers really loved and relied on him to keep their precious Xerox copiers running. I believe his customers felt he was like family. My condolences to his family, he will be missed.

Robert; there is a lot to say about a person who made you feel better about
yourself when you were with him and when you left his presence. His quiet manner and supportive demeanor was a very pleasant experience when you have to consider the times we lived in. We always shared knowledge that made our jobs easier and remembered. Bob, Sue and myself will miss you and your open invite to come and visit you

Bob surely had one of the most difficult service areas in country. Vast territory, little peer support, many product lines, difficult learning curve and long winters with heavy snow and poor highways. My visits with him and his customers were always a joy for me. I am saddened to learn of your father's (grandfather's) passing. My family knew him throughout the years both as a neighbor above us, and through a relative of ours. He was such a nice, kind man and will be missed by all. God's peace and prayers to all of you.
