Craig V. Hauswirth

Craig Victor Hauswirth passed away on September 1, 2015 at the age of 67 years. He was preceded in death by his parents Karl and Laina Hauswirth and his brother Steve.                

     He is survived by his son, Craig Christopher (Kathryn) Hauswirth and grandson, Henry Thomas; sisters Ginger, Gloria, and Gail; brother, Ricky; and by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

     Craig was born and raised in Hancock and later moved downstate after completing his service in the United States Army.

     Craig was a very hard worker who passed his skills and willingness to help others to his son. He enjoyed watching and coaching soccer for many years. He would  reminisce about the fun he had with his sisters, brothers, and parents in Hancock and Detroit. He enjoyed BBQ's, playing cards, and teasing his nieces and nephews.

     Burial with graveside prayers will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 2 P.M. at Lakeside Cemetery in Hancock with Rev. Amy Terhune to officiate.

     The O'Neill-Dennis Funeral Home in Hancock has been assisting locally.
