David J. Shanahan

Hancock: David J. Shanahan, 57 of Hancock, MI went to his heavenly home on Thursday, September 13, 2018.

     Dave was born on October 6, 1961 in Grand Rapids, a son of the late Leo J. and Ardith (Stobacha) Shanahan.

     Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Shanahan and brother-in-law, Richard Arsulowicz, Sr.

     He leaves behind his sisters, Patti Arsulowicz, Christine Shanahan, Deborah (Scott) Sobolewski, Kelly (Tim) Carey, and Mary Cantolla; his favorite sister-in-law, Jane Shanahan; Ryan and Phillip Shanahan, his two nephews that he loved like his own; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

     A celebration of his life is being planned for  later date.

     The O'Neill-Dennis Funeral Home of Hancock is assisting his family with the arrangements.
