Hancock: John R. Slivon, 88, a resident of Hancock and former city council member, passed away on Friday morning, August 15, 2025 at the Omega House in Houghton.

The O'Neill-Dennis Funeral Home of Hancock is in charge of his green natural burial in the Chassell Cemetery.
