My sincere condolences to the family.  I remember Fuzzy when he returned from the war..I remember him from working some with him at Bridgeman Russell when my dad, Harold Brown was the manager.  I think we were among his first insurance policy buyers. He came by the house in Houghton and was just like a big kid smiling from ear to ear.He was in the GI Institute at Houghton High with a bunch of the vets. Did not realize that his mother was a Titanic survivor until after I left Houghton. He made an impact on anyone that he met. Although I had not seen Fuzzy in 60 years, I can see him now, energetic and smiling and a friend to all he met.

One of my favorite memories was your 60th Anniversary. I came over in the morning and left my signature bouquet and decorated the back of the car with a sign that said: Honk for love--Shirley and Fuzzy are celebrating 60 years today. Then when he went on errands that day everyone was waving and smiling and giving him the thumbs up.
Then your chauffeur showed up later that evening with a decorated car and wisked you to dinner and a sunset view at the lake.  Such a happy day for a great couple.  Great memories will help get through the tough times.
Hugs.
Carol

Thinking back to the days when Fuzzy, my Dad and so many others worked for Prudential on the 2nd floor of the building on the corner in downtown Hancock.  I always enjoyed talking to Fuzzy then,  and later when we took over my Dad's insurance agency, Fuzzy often stopped by to talk or just say hello.  He always had a special place in my heart.

Dear Shirley and family,
The ties to our family go way back to Grandma Florence and Grandpa John when you lived across the street on Calverley.  My favorite memories are mostly those of how kind and compassionate Fuzzy always was no matter what. The  Halloween treats, the friendly neighborhood, it was the perfect time for creating memories.  I hold these memories tightly and will always think of Fuzzy as smiling and laughing.  Even in his dementia he still knew how to do that.  What a blessing.  I hope to see you all on Saturday!!

My condolences and best wishes to Fuzzy's family.  I remember him driving the bus for the Copper Country Band & Drill Team -- fun times!  May all your good memories of him help you through this sad time.
