I'm sad to read of Rob's passing. Rob was a real stand up guy who I could really count upon to lead projects and supply me wise counsel when I was Grand Knight of the Hancock Council. He fought the good fight and has now finished the race of life. May Jesus embrace him in his grace.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to the entire family. Both Mary and Dick knew Rob well-Dick since high school and Mary since his service to the citizens of Hancock on the City council and as Mayor during a difficult time for the city. Rob will be long remembered.

Lucy and family......my thoughts and prayers are with all....I will miss him and have so many great memories, from making sure his cup of coffee was always warm and full to his words of " if you ever want to get rid of your son, let me know" Loved him. My heart will always hold him dear.

Lucy, Robbin, Brian,
I am so sorry I cannot make it today. Your husband/father was a central figure in my life during my teenage years as you know. He taught me many life lessons that i still carry with me today. I have many fond memories hauling wood for the house, dry wall or roofing work, he showed me the way to manhood. I only hope I've become half the husband father and mentor he was. My prayers are with you.

I grew up with Rob, from grade school, then high school. We always enjoyed each other's company, but as it happens many times in life, our paths parted. He went to work and started a family; I went to school and left the area. Of course, I came back many times over the years, and always tried to find the time to visit. This became more of a pressing thing as we got into our later years, and his health started to fail.
Last summer we had a couple of nice visits with Rob & Lucy, and I couldn't help feeling that things were coming to a close. The last thing I said to him as we left was " give 'em hell!" His eyes twinkled, and I'm sure he took my words to heart.
So Rob, to a great guy--you lived a good life, you will be missed, God's will be done.

I am so sorry to hear this. He was a great man. He went through my First Degree ceremony with me pretending to be a new member. He acted so nervous I started trying to get him to relax. I have nothing but good memories of him. He will truly be missed.
